Founder & Director

Sandra Roach brings over 25 years of experience in engineering, education, entrepreneurship, and workforce development. She leads STEM-focused tutoring and AI-driven learning programs while coaching students to stay organized, set goals, and achieve academic success. Roach is committed to creating inclusive learning environments and expanding access to people nationwide and beyond.

Tutoring Tree

Founded in 2008 by Sandra Roach,  Tutoring Tree provides personalized one-on-one tutoring designed to help students succeed academically and gain confidence. Based in Cleveland, Ohio, Tutoring Tree works with learners from local and surrounding school districts to strengthen skills in math, science, homework support, and standardized test preparation. Our online tutoring option allows us to serve students across the United States and around the world.

Tutoring Tree offers competitive rates for tutoring. We recommend two to three hours of individualized help a week. Parents can decide how often tutors will meet with their child. There are no long-term contracts required. ​
